Toro is one of the main antagonists in the DreamWorksNetflix's series, Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous.

Background[]

Physical Appearance[]

Toro is a male Carnotaurus with reddish-brown in color and black patterns. He has a stunted horn on the right side of his head. Toro's also has a large scar on the right side of his snout which was caused by the failed attempt to catch Darius. By the end of the first season, Toro was covered in severe burns all over his body except his tail but he was healed later on.

Role in the series[]

In "Secrets", Toro made his appearance in his enclosure passing through but stumbled around Darius and Kenji in his territory. He chases after them and breaks through a fallen tree. When the two boys zigzag the Carnotaurus missed and gets back on his feet. Toro tried to bite one of them but missed and crashed into a tree. Toro then noticed Darius still trapped and runs after him. However, Kenji managed to open the small entrance for Darius and Toro missed it again. After ramming through the small cage entrance Toro hurt his nose in the process. As Kenji and Darius taunted Toro, he then rammed at the fence in anger.

In "Things Fall Apart", Toro was at his paddock fence and encounters the Indominus rex on the other side. He gives her a roars before she breaks his fence and managed to escape offscreen.

In "Brave", Toro sees Ben and Bumpy at his nest and begins to chase after them into the jungle. They managed to hide underneath the rock and Toro lost sight of them before moving on.

Wild Ben sees Toro in the open field. Toro heard a rustling and and sees Ben. He then turns around and roars at him. Toro charges at him but Ben managed to dodge below him uses his spear at his foot and fell down. Toro then gets up and chases after him. Ben continues to fight Toro until he fell down and then continues to move away from his biting. Then Ben hops on Toro's head and shakes him off. Ben managed to grab his spear and gives Toro a cut in the face. Bumpy arrived and rammed Toro but gets back up and fights her. Both Ben and Bumpy work together to fight off Toro and lure him close to the cliff and fell down but survived it.

In "The Nublar Six", Toro still remains under mind-control as the Spinosaurus took down Big Eatie. Godinez takes Toro to find the kids.

Godinez leaves mind-control Toro outside and goes after the kids inside in the warehouse. Toro still remains outside the warehouse under mind-control while Godinez gets killed by the two Velociraptors.

Kenji decided to break the device and free Toro from being mind-control. Toro now walks away and roam freely in the tropical biome.

Trivia[]

  • Toro means "Bull" in Spanish, this is a nod to Carnotaurus meaning "Meat Eating Bull".
