William Emerson "Will" Arnett (born May 4, 1970) is a Canadian actor, voice actor and comedian. He holds dual Canadian and American citizenship.
Arnett performed the voice of The Missing Link in Monsters vs. Aliens. He also played Max the Magician in Episode 4166 of Sesame Street, Vlad Vladikoff in Horton Hears A Who!, and Horst the Sous Chef in Ratatouille, Batman in The Lego Movie and The Lego Batman Movie, Surly in The Nut Job and The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature.
