John William "Will" Ferrell (born July 16, 1967) is an American actor, comedian, writer, and producer. He is best known for having been a cast member on NBC's Saturday Night Live, where he performed from 1995 to 2002, and has subsequently starred in a string of comedy films. He also voiced Maxime Le Mal in the animated film Despicable Me 4.

For DreamWorks Animation, he performed the voice of Megamind in the 2010 film of the same name.
